I hereby give notice that the Great Yeldham Annual Parish Assembly will take place:

Wednesday 26th May 2021

at 7.00 pm

At the Reading Room,

High Street, Gt Yeldham

This is a meeting for and of the community:

Meet your Parish Councillors in a more relaxed atmosphere.
The Chairman of the Parish Council will give a review of the last year in the parish.
Share your views about projects and activities in the parish – what has worked well, what hasn’t worked so well, suggested new projects/activites.

To comply with the Government’s Covid restrictions, it is necessary for the Parish Council to make arrangements for the public to meet safely. Therefore, the Parish Council will be implementing social distancing at the meeting, members of the public are to wear face masks and hand sanitising will be provided. In addition, due to the size of the hall and social distancing requirements the number of people that can be accommodated in the hall is limited.

The meeting will be available for live streaming via Zoom to enable the public to watch remotely and observe proceedings. To keep numbers to the safe requirement we would encourage members of the public to make written representations to the clerk on issues rather than attending in person by Tuesday 25th May 2021 to greatyeldhampc@btinternet.com

No paper copies of the agenda will be provided at the meeting, please bring your own copies. Thank you.
