- Annual Reports by the County Council, District Council, Parish Council.

- Councillor Philip Rawlinson presented the Annual Report for Great Yeldham, key points: Gt Yeldham Annual Report 2022-23
- HRH The Queen’s Platinum Jubilee the village celebrated with a Beacon Lighting Ceremony and firework salute held on 2nd June 2022.
- Facilitated the setup of Great Yeldham Men’s Shed.
- Bowtell’s Meadow Public Consultation held in October, discussed development ideas.
- Worked in partnership with the Sports Ground Management Committee to refurbish the site and deal with on-going maintenance issues.
- Annual Christmas Tree.
- Facilitated in re-establishing the Post Office Service for the village.
- Provided a free certificated First Aid training day for Great Yeldham residents
- Purchased Table Tennis Equipment in partnership with Table Tennis England to establish a Table Tennis club.
- Special thanks to Christine, for all her time and hard work in creating the wonderful displays in the telephone box situated outside the Reading Room

- Open Forum – Questions directed to the Parish Council from the public.
Resident raised concerns regarding the poor quality of roads in the village. Cllr Rawlinson stated that Essex Highways were responsible for Highway maintenance including potholes, road surface issues, bloack drains, damaged street lights, overgrown trees or missing lit bollards. Maintenance issues can be reported using the online highways reporting tool at https://www.essexhighways.org/tell-us . Concerns to be raised with Cllr Schwier.
